General

◆ I will not start working on a commission until payment is received. If your commission is over $60 I will allow partial payment then figure out a payment plan with you.◆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.◆ I will not make edits after the sketch is approved.◆ No refunds can be made after the sketch is completed.◆ If for any reason I feel I cannot complete your commission, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.◆ If you fail to provide payment within a reasonable amount of time, you will be blacklisted. Additionally, any unpaid work I've done on your commission may be repurposed, edited, and sold to someone else. I will not use your character's design or their likeness, but I may turn the lineart into a pay-to-use base or a YCH.◆ Please don't ask for discounts unless I offer one. If I have a discount available that could apply to you, I will tell you!◆ As I work full-time, commissions could potentially take up to 3 months before they are completed. (even longer if the commission is very very complicated.)

- prices can change due to piece complexity and the addition of different characters
- you will receive a transparent png and a simple colored background of your piece if you are getting something basic.
- if you want a scene (characters in some sort of background) it will add up to $30 to the base price of your commission based on background complexity.

Payment

- All payment Will be from PayPal.
- All prices are in USD.
- Commissions must be paid for in full unless the price is above $60
- I will not haggle on prices.
- Prices are base prices, complicated character design/clothing could potentially increase prices.

Usage

You may:
→ Reupload, repost, or share the image wherever you wish, so long as I receive credit.You may NOT:
→ Heavily alter or edit my work without prior written approval.
→ Claim credit for my work (or repost my work without credit)
→ Resell any work that I have done without prior approval from me.
→ Use my work to promote hateful, discriminatory, offensive, or distasteful ideals.
➟ Remove or obscure the small signature I add to the completed work.Please note that I reserve the right to include completed commissions in my portfolios. I may also post completed commissions on my personal web pages (Deviantart, Twitter, Discord, etc). In both cases, you will be credited for the character's design. If you would rather I not do this, please let me know ahead of time!
